This study aims to develop a STEAM-based (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) digital learning media for the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 13 Meulaboh, and to examine its feasibility and practicality in classroom learning. A preliminary study indicated that the IPAS learning media used by teachers were still dominated by printed books and conventional video presentations that had not fully integrated the five elements of STEAM, resulting in suboptimal student engagement and creativity in understanding natural and social science concepts. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The trial subjects were fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 13 Meulaboh, with data collected through validation questionnaires from material, media, and language experts, as well as response questionnaires from teachers and students. The developed media is an interactive learning application containing science simulations, simple engineering challenges, visual art elements, and mathematical reasoning integrated into IPAS content. The validation results indicate that the media falls into the very valid category, and the practicality test shows that the media falls into the very practical category for use in fifth-grade IPAS learning. This STEAM-based digital learning media is expected to serve as an alternative solution to improve conceptual understanding, creativity, and 21st-century skills among elementary school students
