Abstract

This study aims to provide a reference for enhancing skills and success rates, as well as introducing training variations—specifically dribbling drills using tennis balls and balloons—for futsal practice sessions. It is intended to serve as a resource for futsal coaches, particularly those at Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Islamic Junior High School, in implementing effective dribbling drills. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) approach, the study focuses on creating a futsal dribbling training model based on combined skills and novel game formats tailored to the characteristics of the students at Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Islamic Junior High School. The process involved designing 20 training models, which were subsequently refined through expert validation into a final set of 20 models: 10 utilizing tennis balls and 10 utilizing balloons. Validation was conducted through expert judgment by futsal specialists. Moving forward, these models are expected to serve as a valuable resource for coaches and students looking to further develop the training program. For the students, the models aim to improve performance and introduce variety into dribbling drills, thereby fostering enthusiasm, preventing boredom, and creating a more engaging, dynamic training atmosphere. This training model offers an innovative alternative for futsal coaching for the 13–15 age group
