Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Policy
The journal permits the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in manuscript preparation, provided that their use does not compromise academic integrity, originality, transparency, and research ethics.
Authors must follow these rules:
- AI as a Supporting Tool
AI may be used for language improvement, grammar correction, translation, formatting, and assistance in organizing manuscript content. - Author Responsibility
Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, arguments, data, citations, and conclusions presented in the manuscript. AI tools must not replace the authors' intellectual contribution. - Disclosure of AI Use
Authors must disclose the use of AI tools when AI has made a substantive contribution to the manuscript. The disclosure should identify the tool and explain how it was used. - No Fabricated Content
Authors must not use AI to generate fabricated data, research results, references, citations, images, or other scientific evidence. - References and Citations
All references generated or suggested by AI must be independently verified by the authors. False, unverifiable, or inaccurate references are not permitted. - Authorship
AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors. Authorship is limited to individuals who meet the journal's authorship requirements. - Confidentiality and Ethics
Authors must not upload confidential research data, personal information, unpublished manuscripts, or sensitive information into AI systems without appropriate authorization. - Editorial and Peer Review Process
Editors and reviewers may use AI-assisted tools where appropriate; however, confidentiality, impartiality, and human judgment must be maintained throughout the review process. - Violation of the Policy
Undisclosed or inappropriate AI use, including fabrication, plagiarism, manipulation, or misleading AI-generated content, may result in manuscript rejection or other editorial action in accordance with publication ethics.
The use of AI is permitted as an assistance tool, but responsibility for the published work remains entirely with the authors.
