Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

What authors should know before submitting their manuscripts here

Jurnal Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JEULIKAT) only Published an article based on the results of the implementation of community service activities. Authors need to note that there are slight differences in presenting articles resulting from community service. For that reason, we hope that the authors will look at the structure of the articles in these author guidelines.

Before you submit the manuscript, please read carefully and following the information: (1) The manuscript was the result of your own works (original – not plagiarism) and never been published in another journal; (2) The full article written in English or Bahasa Indonesia, and; (3) Manuscript files must be digital format. We suggest for use software Microsoft Office (2010 or above) with extension document (.rtf, .doc, or .docx).

All new manuscripts are to be submitted online to https://journal.aaj.web.id/jeulikat. Authors are required to register their account with the journal via the OJS manuscript submission system prior to submitting, or if previously registered, they can simply log in and begin the process.

Upon successful registration, you will be sent an email indicating your user name and password. Print a copy of this information for future reference. NOTE: If you have received an e-mail from us with an assigned user ID and password, or if you are a repeat user, do not register again. Just log in. Once you have an assigned ID and password, you do not need to re-register.

Manuscript Parts

Authors need to understand that there are three important parts of the manuscript that need to be included when submitting to Jurnal Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JEULIKAT)

The authors need to be aware of this carefully because the incompleteness of these three components cannot be tolerated. This is also part of the main evaluation of the manuscripts that will be considered for publication in this journal.

1. Cover Letter

The cover letter must be addressed to the Editor in Chiefs with address, phone number, and/or e-mail address of the corresponding authors. The cover letter file must be signed and presented in a .pdf format. Send all the correspondences to: Verawati, M.Pd, Editor-in-Chief of Jurnal Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JEULIKAT). 

2. Title Page

Title pages should be uploaded separately to the Article Manuscript file to ensure anonymity during the peer-review process. Manuscript titles should be concise, relevant and accurate. Avoid the use of abbreviations. For greater search engine optimization, place keywords toward the beginning of the title. The cover letter file must be signed and presented in a .pdf format.

3. Main Manuscript

Jurnal Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JEULIKAT)  are subdivided into the following general sections: (1) Pendahuluan / Introduction, (2) Solusi dan Target / Solution and Target, (3) Metode Pelaksanaan / Method, (4) Realisasi Kegiatan / Major achievements, (4) Pembahasan / Discussion, (5) Simpulan dan Rekomendasi / Conclusion and Recommendation, (6) Ucapan TerimaKasih / Acknowledgements, and (7) Daftar Rujukan / References

If the article is co-authored by multiple authors, each author submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has the authorization of all co-authors to agree to this Copyright and License Statement (Agreement) on their behalf to notify him/her that she is the subject of the terms of this policy co-author.

The authors whose names appear in the PDF manuscript from Jurnal Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (JEULIKAT)also declare that there are no conflicts of interest and they agree that all information in the article is true and correct.

The names and email addresses entered on the pages of this magazine will be used exclusively for the purposes stated in this magazine and will not be used for other purposes or passed on to third parties.
